As a gay man, I understand the importance of feeling truly seen and accepted, especially in spaces where you are sharing vulnerable parts of yourself. Whatever your background, identity or experience, you’ll be met with openness, respect and empathy.

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I adapt how I work depending on what you need, what feels helpful, and what makes sense for you. I offer both in person and online sessions.
